I should have checked the comments about the beds, it would have saved me from booking here

Good location and facilities , good breakfast

For the price that we paid it was very good. Wonderful location. Next to the river. Very calm. Well appointed apartment. Terrace was very large.

We stayed in room 64 and were not impressed. It was dirty and had dust on the floor and all the corners. One of the kitchen unit’s was in a middle of the room, all the cutlery is sticky, it was left over things in a freezer. In a room there were 7 chairs, one of them was used as a bedside table, balcony had a massive table, two large storage units, which had padded locks and are not for customers, another folded table behind the unit, simply no room to move around. Also massive spider webs hanging. The bathroom not had enough towels , the tiles and skirting boards are warn out and shouting for an upgrade. Felt like the whole room is used for storage and should not be rented out for customers.

The accommodation was very close to the sea and a couple of beaches and very quiet. (although we were there out of season) Roberto (receptionist) was great, giving us information when needed and lending us a double adapter. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean There was a good little pack with washing up liquid, a couple of dishwasher tablets and sponge.

The staff were very approachable and friendly. We enjoyed the location, which was not too far from the beach.

lovely location, our apartment overlooked the river, very peaceful in the morning having breakfast watching the world go by. Room adequate for our needs fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable settee, what more do you need.

We loved the position of our room in the hotel, the view across the river was lovely and we had distant sea views and the people and bird watching from the big balcony was great. The kitchen area is very well equipped and we made dinner with food from the nearby well stocked shop. Parking was so good too! The guy on reception when we checked in was really welcoming and made us feel very happy and relaxed.

Convenient location, a walking distance to supermarket and nice walks around the river. Close to Ciboure and St Jean De luz. Wifi was very good.

The appartment was good, complete and with all necessary for a 3 day stay. They give you a welcome set for cleaning the cutterly which is appreciated. It's clean and the staff is really nice! I have to say we went in april so some rooms were closed because we went on low season. Close to the beach and a really nice park for the kids!!

They had left us a little box of kitchen soap, sponge and dishwasher tablets to get us started when we arrived. It was a lovely little touch. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.
