Located near the Spanish border and housed in a 16-century castle, 3 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Chateau d'Urtubie boasts a 6-hectare park and an outdoor swimming pool. Situated in the oldest part of the castle, the comfortable rooms are full of precious 18th and 19th-century furniture. “Amazing old Chateau to spend incredible vacations!”
The XIV century Chateau from Laurent's family is AMAZING. The hotel is a well-maintained gem that offers an unparalleled experience. The best was the kindness of Laurent and Adela (staff), and the pool and sorroundings.

“A wonderful stay in a beautiful chateau.”
Charming, helpful & informative host who spent time making sure we were comfortable and sharing tips on where to eat & visit, as well as the fascinating history of the beautiful chateau & his family who had lived there since the 14th century. Lovely swimming pool and gardens; large, well equipped & furnished bedroom with large window on to the gardens. We couldn’t have had a better, more interesting end to our travels in France.

Very accommodating host who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Fantastic pool to come back to after a hot day’s sightseeing.
