“Scam !!”

Avoid this property at all costs. We arrived at the beginning of May, and the photos online — on Instagram, Booking, and everywhere else — have absolutely nothing to do with reality. We were honestly shocked when we arrived. First of all, we were told that the house we originally booked supposedly had water damage, so we were moved to a different house. Honestly, it felt like they were completely unprepared for our arrival. There was no proper check-in, no explanation about the property, breakfast times, or anything at all. They literally just brought us to the house and left. What is unacceptable is that nobody informed us beforehand that we would not receive the house we actually booked-and that specific house was the main reason we chose this place. The replacement house was disgustingly dirty. I travel a lot and have honestly never experienced anything like this before. We had already paid in advance, and when we entered, there were stains everywhere. The dishes were filthy, with old coffee stains still inside the cups. The cutlery was dirty and completely unacceptable to use. The bathroom was a disaster: everything was rusty, full of limescale, and simply disgusting. The cabinets were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the sofas had stains all over them. The fridge was dirty and covered in ice buildup. Even the bathroom/toilet door would not close properly- there was a gap of at least 10 cm. This is basic hygiene and maintenance that should absolutely be taken care of before guests arrive. We also noticed garbage lying outside the house we had originally booked, which honestly made us question whether the “water damage” story was even true. After sitting in the accommodation for about an hour, we decided to leave because it was simply uninhabitable -especially for the amount of money charged. €400 for three nights on a farm is not cheap. We contacted reception, and they told us they needed to “clarify everything with Booking.

“Lovely animals and tasty breakfast”

We stayed at the red tiny house on Urlachi Farm and really liked the privacy and the views overlooking the valley. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. Even though they spoke very little English, with the help of translation apps, there were no issues. There were many cats and dogs and also some farm animals which which made this stay extra special. The included breakfast with produce from the farm tasted very good! Some of the best we have had on our two week vacation in Turkey.

Excellent location just outside Urla and minutes away by car from the vineyards in the area.
