The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located directly on the beach, which made our stay even more special. I stayed there with my husband, and we had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and every request we had was taken care of immediately. The rooms are practical and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved that the beautiful beach of Ureki is just a few steps away. I can also recommend having meals at the café-bar on the rooftop terrace: The food was of the highest homemade quality, better than any city restaurant I tried. Thank you again, and until next time!

Location is just next to the beach

Nice and clean hotel direct access to the sea. The host was very warm and hospitable. The hotel was very clean and quiet. There is terrace on the roof with shared kitchen which is really comfortable to cook whatever you would love to. The host offered me Georgian wine, it was so delicious. They have free parking place and they are always ready to do whatever visitors love to do.

The hosts were very responsive and hospitable, welcoming me in the middle of the night. The location has direct access to the sea with black sand, close to the center, quiet, and clean. There is a spacious terrace on the roof and a shared kitchen where you can prepare meals.

The owner is really friendly we got some delicious georgian wine too!

“Awesome”

I had my best sleep in Georgia here! The room was comfy, had a hot shower and was on the best part of the beach. There is a full kitchen and roof top view. The owner was lovely, I was able to early check in and he gave me a lift to bus station. The cleaner was lovely- we didn’t speak the same language and she enthusiastically showed me things she thought I would like. There is work being done now so I can only imagine how good it will be soon, the room was so clean too! Really a lovely stay and so affordable!!

to walk to the beach takes less than a minute! this is a family-run hotel. very nice people. food was absolutely delicious and served in large quantities. they have georgian wine, which i think is homemade, but i am not a drinker so did not try it. bed was comfortable and blankets were warm. bathroom and shower were good, and very clean. they picked me up in batumi to bring me to their hotel,, at a reasonable price of 60 laris, and gave me a ride back at the end of my stay. the black sand beach was clean and very nice--not like many other beaches on the georgian black sea coast, which are rocky and hard to get in and out of the water. wifi is low bandwidth, but i didn't have any problems watching long (1 hour) youtube videos. i would recommend going during the summer season. i was there in early may, and all the cafes and restaurants in the town were closed. but i still swam several times.

“True Georgian hospitality with a seaview”

We didn't expect such hospitality in that touristy place! Irakli made us feel very welcome (not without the help of his great wine, which only leaves good memories but not a hangover), even arranged a breakfast outside of the season and a cot for our 2 years old. It goes without saying that everything was superb, the room, the seaview and the sea.

A hotel run for 3 generations. Everyone knows exactly what he or she has to do. The location is optimal and hospitality is a high good here. I felt right at home.

The owner of this beautiful place is a very kind man with a great sense of humour! We made a reservation 20 minutes before arriving and it was not problem at all! Rooms are clean and it is very close to the beach. In other words, it was everything it had to be. Thank you!
