“Perfect Seaside Stay with Stunning Views”

We had a fantastic stay and were very happy with our choice. We booked several apartments at once for a large group, and the layout was extremely convenient. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable for everyone. There is a spacious common area where we could all gather around the table, and we also loved spending time together in the courtyard or on the second-floor terrace with a beautiful view. The outdoor spaces are wonderful: hammocks, swings, and plenty of cozy spots to relax. We spent a lot of time walking by the sea, watching the sunsets, and collecting seashells — it was an amazing experience. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Friendly, welcoming, caring host. Perfect location close to the beach. Beautiful garden and terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. And even well functioning heating, which was needed in November at night. Really, everything was just perfect. Looking forward to return one day.

One of our best experiences in Georgia - an extremely accommodating host and lovely place! Welcoming but also with enough privacy. Lots of place not to cross your ways with other guests. Comfy beds, lots of kitchen utensils, everything you need for a bbq, cosy greenery, hammocks.. also tried some fish bbq by the host - it was so yummy! Dog-friendly - which is a must for us, as we have a big dog.

The best hotel on the coast. The apartment is perfectly furnished, very beautiful, cozy design, and all the details are quality. The owner of the Hotel Leonardo is an incredibly hospitable person and even treated us to a delicious barbecue. With all my heart I recommend this place, and we will definitely come back here!

I highly recommend this accommodation, it is very spacious, there is all equipment u need. You can sit outside on the garden, drink wine and listen to the sea as it is very near. Several shops and restaurants are nearby ( about 10 minutes by foot). Owner is very helpful and hospitable. You will feel like at home.

“Perfect apartment with a cosy garden”

We absolutely loved our stay at Levan's place! The apartment is spacious and new, it was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We appreciated the functional kitchen with all necessary appliances (even the cooler!) and LOTS of plates, glasses, pans, etc! All new and in great condition. The beds were new and comfy, each bedroom has its own bathroom. But the highlight of this property is of course the garden and terrace with views over the sea and the pine forest. We had a hammock, swings, a big table and comfy chairs for dinners outside. The sea is literally meters away and you can also use the space in front of the house under the trees to chill out and have barbecue (which we did and enjoyed it at sunset). The place is also perfect for small pets, out cat had the best holiday in her life. She explored the garden which has a very good fence so we felt calm that she wouldn't run away. Caprovani itself is wonderful, for dinners we highly recommend Simple Pleasures, which is 100 meters from the apart. Lots of love to Levan and lovely Lacka
