The amenities advertised were no existent eg there was no bar available, no lounge, no terrace and no daily housekeeping as advertised!

“A strategic stay for Urbino”
- We were by car and since the residence is very close to Urbino, it was a good strategic stay. - There is a garage. - The room was clean and had everything we needed. - The floor light did not work, which made getting in a bit eerie.
