“A Delightful Find”

The view was so wonderful from the shared terrace and the welcome so genuine that I immediately booked a second night. As well as being minutes from the large car park at the foot of Urboni, you can reach the spectacular river gorge at Furlo in half an hour.

This is an amazing B&B just outside the town of Urbino, the owner and staff were fantastic, on arrival the owner explained everything and then asked us what we would like for breakfast and what time we would like it.

Great view, close to Urbino, spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staff. It is possible to check in also late at night, if agreed with the owner who provides all the instructions.

Easily accessible by car and convenient location for exploring the area. The host was friendly and helpful and courteous.

This is a fabulous B+B. The views from the patio are outstanding. Maria Grazia and Angela were fabulous hosts. Good advice re parking in Urbino and for dining out. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I’d give it more than 10 if I could.

“A peaceful stay close to Urbino”

The property is conveniently located for Urbino, yet thanks to the magnificent view you feel like you are out in the peaceful countryside. Maria Grazia was very helpful with advice on restaurants and parking in Urbino, and patient with our inadequate Italian. The room was simply but elegantly furnished, and everything was new and clean. If you like a really firm mattress, you will enjoy this bed. The air conditioner was effective, and the internet was pretty good.

Beautiful terrace with a view. Breakfast is a selection of cakes, fruits and yogurts with toppings, but they made great omelets for us as well. 2 minutes drive to Urbino

The host was wonderful, very helpful and nice. She asked if we have any wishes for the breakfast and she modified the breakfast accordingly with some eggs and bacon. The location was stunning, with a view to the hills.

Our host Maria picked us up from the bus station and brought us back at the end! Very accommodating and friendly. We felt very welcome. The center of Urbino is a 20 min walk away. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. A perfect accommodation for travelers who like nature and silence.

Breakfast was perfect. There was everything we liked. The location is great to visit Urbino. Just a few minutes by car. Once we got used to the driveway it was easy to get in and out.

The location is great if you want to visit Urbino. I really liked the breakfast. I like that the place is cat friendly.

This is a wonderful base from which to explore Urbino and the surroundings. There has been so much care put into the rooms, which offer privacy as well as a patio overlooking a beautiful valley. Breakfast was excellent.
