The place is 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was not big, but it was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic.

“A perfect quiet place for exploring the town”

We spent 4 nights in the double room with own bathroom on the 1st floor. The room was perfectly allright, comfortable with a good bed and a great big bathroom. Everything was super clean. The breakfasts were also good, there was a possibility to choose food and drinks for the next morning via an on-line form. There is a basic option included in the price for the room or it is possible to pay for extra items. We do not need much in the morning so the basic version was OK for us. There is a good and safe parking directly in front of the villa. It takes some 10 minutes to get to the centre of the old town on foot. A piece of the way leads on a busy road but after 2 minutes you get to a path without cars. You have to climb up to the hill to get to the main part of the historical town, for some it can be quite steep but no problem for those who like to walk and explore new places. Urbino is a fantastic small historical city full of young people, as there is a university. It is set in a pitoresque landscape. The owners are very nice people, we used the opportunity to order a supper composed of local specialities, which was fantastic. We loved the stay.

Very clean, lighting excellent, comfortable seating, breakfast included, parking available, quiet with double glazing. All staff very friendly and Sabina spoke very good English. Food very good, breakfast and dinner available.

Hosts are very nice and polite and provide a lot of information about Urbino like place to visit or resturants where have a good meal Last but not least the gourgeous breakfast: all sweets are homemade and it is impossible to say which is the best I reccomend Villa Paradiso

Good advice provided in advance of arrival. Parking at the property. There is no reception so all instructions on how to enter are provided in advance. We stayed only one night to visit Urbino, and for that brief stay it met our needs and expectations. The cleaner was very helpful on our arrival. It is well positioned to visit the town. Clean, efficient and functional.
