“A very comfortable stay in beautiful countryside.”
Very rich choice of sweet and salty home baked breakfast plus toast and jam and cold platter. The location was exactly what we were looking for, i.e. very calm in full countryside yet very near to Urbino. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and a large, well equipped bathroom plus a really big living room to be shared with the other guests. Adriana was a perfect host, very kind and helpful to give a lot of information about the surroundings and Urbino itself.

The place is in a very convenient place if you're on a roadtrip. We decided to stay 2 days in this B&B to visit Urbino, San Marino and the sea side of the region. The place was great and the breakfast was SUPER with all handmade cakes (They gave me the recipes). Recommended.

Very nice and quiet location, at 15 minutes drive from Urbino. The place is very spacious and clean, with a lot of space inside and outside. Breakfast was exceptional. The host was friendly and helpful.

“Two nights break near Urbino - with nightingale”
Stopped for two nights in this beautiful rural location as we wanted to see Urbino. Very convenient for this. Extremely welcoming hostess, and an excellent cook, offering a delicious continental breakfast. We went to a nearby bar/restaurant for dinner where the people were really friendly. A unexpected delight was that at the time we were there (mid May), a nightingale sang us to sleep from the nearby woods.

“Any time again!”
We very much enjoyed our stay at La Poiana - unfortunately one night only as we were on our way back home. Adriana is a lovely, helpful host who welcomed us warmly. She spoiled us with a fantastic breakfast - even homemade cakes and homemade croissants were on the breakfast table. Room and bathroom were spacious, perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need. From the terrace we had a gorgeous view into the hilly countryside, accompanied by the sound of nature. We can honestly recommend this accommodation. Grazie mille per la Sua ospitalità. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio da Lei!

“Wonderful!”
Breakfast of home made jams and crumble tart (that melts in the mouth) was a pleasant suprise! Total security for the car parking, privacy, quiet as a mouse for an undisturbed sleep and extremely pleasant hosts. They let us put things in the fridge/freezer. Lovely terrace for those who fancy a comfortable smoke!
