Very handy for exploring Urbino and very close to the lift from the bus station. A friendly welcome from the owner. The shared living area with fridge and coffee maker was appreciated. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom next door.

I really love here. It was my first time to Urbino as a student, and I knew literally nothing. As I was easily lost in my native town, I was also lost here 😂 However, their kind care, and all the detailed information given to me including the pranzo issue, made me comfortable. I was so stressed because my bag has not arrived until Saturday (I arrived here on Wednesday); however, the room, the people, and of course Urbino itseld - all made me really fine and recover soon. I am really sure if I were to use another accommodation rather than the school dorm, I would reserve here.

The manager was extremely helpful and kind. He suggested many things to do in Urbino and things to visit on our short trip, as well as helping organise an early taxi back to Pesaro. He was knowledgeable and professional and made the stay enjoyable. The room also exceeded expectations - spacious, clean and traditionally decorated. The B&B was well positioned near the entrance of Urbino (which is such a small town that everything is walkable), and also near the shopping centre complex with a supermarket there too for food.
