Love the onsen that this hotel provided. Morning breakfast also provides like homemade tofu and sashimi which i really enjoy.

“Amazing onsen, free shuttle bus to and from station, spacious rooms, great service!”
Everything! Especially the onsen. It is free to use, and honestly really good. There are many indoor ones, and a couple of outdoor ones on a balcony area. The outdoor ones were particularly good since they had the mineral floating things in the water. Can go use them anytime easily! Just shower well and sit and relax in the hot water. Our room was huge. Lots of space for bags and clothes. Had all necessary items included and also teabags etc. Bathtub in the room too! Best part was also the free shuttle bus to and from Maihama station. Were able to arrive at disneyland by about 8.30 am (which was already insanely crowded, so recommend going even earlier if you can haha). Friendly staff who can speak English and there's a small convenience store located in the lobby too.

“Convenient for Disney parks”
The location and the hotel are great if you are going to the two Disney parks. I thought it was a little over priced but it met our needs at the time. Not far from the train station so if you want to go by taxi to and from the hotel it was about Y1000 each way give or take. The Hotel also has a spa and communal hot bathe for men and women.

“Raymond (manager), the room and the bathroom were amazing. The area is easy access to Disneyland's”
Our room was wonderful and spacious. The bus service to and from the shopping centre was a godsend. Raymond who is a manger is the best person the hotel has to promote he spoke to us as normal tourists unlike the other staff. The restaurant was great but we didn't understand that you couldn't wear your shoes so had to go bare foot which is just weird

“Very close to Disney - felt like a leisure centre.”
The best thing about this hotel was the proximity to Disney. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus which drops you at the station (which is pretty much as close as you can get to the park!). The food from the restaurant was reasonable and fairly priced. Even the small rooms have space to store bags etc.

Close to Disney resorts, which was our reason for booking - within about a 10 min walk to DisneySea. Great to have a free shuttle running between the hotel and Maihama station, which saved our suitcase wheels (and us) from what would have been a 20 min walk in the rain. Hotel lobby has a mini shop where you can buy snacks, which was handy in a pinch as closest conbini was 15mins away by foot. Good size room, big enough to open suitcases and still have plenty of space to navigate around.
