Overview
Situated 150 metres from Undersåker Station, this hotel is within 10 minutes’ drive of the Trillevallen and Åre ski resorts. It has a restaurant, bar and a relaxation area with an inside and outside saunas. A TV and a private bathroom with shower are standard features in all rooms at Hotell Åre Fjällsätra. Some also have a seating area, while others include a balcony with mountain and garden views. The in-house restaurant serves traditional Swedish cuisine based on mostly organic, locally sourced ingredients. WiFi is free throughout the property. Boulé and other games can be borrowed for free on site. Other facilities include an orangery in the garden, a children's playground, along with bookable indoor and outdoor sauna. “Fantastic stay and way to unwind after a day on the mountain”
Food was fantastic, was cosy and a perfect place to relax after a day snowboarding. We loved the sauna and cold plunge with a beautiful view of the mountain.

“Charming Place to stay”
Beautiful place to stay with charme, good breakfast and fantastic location. We would definitely book this again. We also had the chance to have dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely amazing.

Really cute hotel! Will defenitely pay a visit again, hopefully next time for more than one night. Room was cosy and tidy. Nice lounge areas and a really good small gym. Breakfast was superb and staff really kind.

“Nice stay.”
The rooms were quite old bit it was clean and decent. However it was expensive for what they offered. The restaurant had only one choice for foood when we arrived and that was problematic but they were very helpfull and try to meet our needs.

“If I need a hotel room in this area I will come back.”
The breakfast had all I need, for a good start of the day. Bedcomfort was okey. Quite and a nice view. Easy parking.

“A very pleasant hotel”
The location was very good for exploring the Åre / Österhund areas. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly ,helpful and spoke English extremely well.
