well, there was no one on the property, so we had to wait. we were given a room that had a bathroom down the passage and with next door's door opening into it House keeper was very pleasant, as was the male who called in later to check on us.

Very tranquil setting. We only stayed 1 night but it was lovely, homely, cozy and clean. The view over the golf course a plus. Spacious room with decent kitchenette. Lovely sun room overlooking a lovely garden. Friendly and helpful staff.
