An incredible stay. The most stunning, chic, country house! The photo’s so not do this place justice. It was cozy, homey and had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous. We felt very safe and relaxed. We could have easily stayed another week! We will definitely return. So much space for large families or friends🙏🏼 Thank you also to Nomsa, the lovely cleaning lady that came in every day to clean and tidy up the house.

Extremely comfy beds and beautifully furnished and well-appointed. Spacious, with a lovely slipper bath. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah overlooking the river and dam!

A beautiful comfortable cottage, fantastically suited for a tranquil and peaceful stay. All the amenities you need and located within easy travelling distance to Sani Pass and surrounds. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was a home away from home. Decor was beautiful, linen good quality, kitchen was well equipped, central heating was perfect as the weather was rather cold. My one year old grandson loved being able to walk to the dam and see and hear all the ducks and cows.

The house was so clean and homely. Perfect views. So much of peace an tranquility.

The Rose Cottage is such a peaceful place. The scenery was just breathtaking. The little dam and river was the natural swimming pool our children ever experienced & they never wanted to do anything else. We had to do a lot of convincing for them to move an inch from the cottage.

What an absolute Gem , hidden just off the beaten track. Rose Cottage is stunningly beautiful with gorgeous views and rolling lawns leading to the dam. We were so comfortable and totally spoilt by Numsa, who was our personal Fairy Godmother. Our group of friends based ourselves at Rose Cottage and explored the area on our mountain bikes. We had a very challenging ride up the Sani Pass. It was so lovely to sit and reminisce about our adventures in front of the roaring fireplace in the evenings. The peace and tranquility was only marred by our laughter as we played card games on the patio. An awesome time filled with many happy memories will forever be a highlight of our visit!
