Ravi the host is a nice guy and he keeps the place extremely clean. The room has an AC. Location is good, a short walk from the bus stop and the in my opinion best beach in Unawatuna

Best price for an ac dorm room in all of SriLanka. Bathroom was very basic but all what was needed. WiFi was decent and it was a quite area.
