The place is good, food options are great, only pool need to be open till 10

Was mentioned garden view, but not even a view because the window was open on the garden bit had to keep the curtain close all the time, so NO VIEW ! There was also a party in the garden and lots of noise. The block facing the sea was closed thus could not change room either.

Room is clean and hospitality is good. Food is tasty. Recommended for short stay

The swimming pool is great. The flexibility of the hotel when it comes to timing. They allowed us to check in 1.5hrs prior to the scheduled check in and also allow us to do late check out for 1hr without any charges. The restaurants and their foods are nice as well. The Pearl Retail also allowed us to purchase some alcoholic stuff and non-Muslim items which saved our time instead of going to other places.

“Lovely family staycation.”

Pearl hotel and spa always provides a relaxing vacation for the family. Outdoor heated pool was fantastic, beach and play facility for children was a big plus. The Salt & Mud products were so luxurious that we had to buy our own from reception. Staff are always helpful and friendly. This was our fourth staycation at Pearl and hopefully not our last.

Checked in around midday without any fuss. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, outstanding housekeeping staff. Daily large bottles of water complimentary. Very efficient fridge. Ability to bring own drinks etc to room. Temperature controlled infinity pool, pleasant and efficient lifeguards. Clean beach area, plenty of loungers. Great choice of restaurants onsite. Genuine desire to please from majority of staff: more friendly and positive than many 4/5* hotels we have stayed.

The Room is spacious and maintained clean even though it is a very old property. Quiet place with access to a small pool and adjacent BBQ facilities if you opt to do that. All rooms are placed in the ground floor overlooking the pool which falls in the centre.

Kudos to Zel for handling our check-in professionally, housekeeping team for their fast and upfront service the life guards and the reservation team although I hadn't had the chance to meet them, our family extends our sincerest gratitude for being accommodating and considerate to our booking. We did face bumps and misunderstandings at first with Devendra. Although we understand he was doing his job, he could have handled us better since he is working in the hospitality industry. Anyway there's always room for learning and improvement. We did learn to. Gladly, Zel was there to assist him and advised us of a better option. We had been recommending the property to friends and families since we had a memorable stay the first time we booked here. We had even planned on booking our future gatherings and get-together this coming year however we might reconsider because of some inconsistency. Anyway, things happen, just because this was our experience doesn't mean it will be others too.

“Nice place”

The room is very clean. A great welcome at the room by giving you small jucie to enjoy it's really nice touch. Checkinn & Checkout was smoothly. I would definitely come back. Love the place.
