“Worst. Experience. Ever.”

At first, I was given a plastic tent, not the wooden cabin I had booked. When I showed them the listing photos, they said all cabins were full. I told them I would cancel, and after some phone calls, they gave me a wooden cabin — but I suspect it belonged to a neighboring property, not the one I actually booked. They asked for payment upfront. Once inside, I found the room dirty, with no sheets, towels, or shampoo. It was clearly not guest-ready. There was also a large tree blocking the view, which was disappointing given the otherwise beautiful location. The man on-site only spoke Arabic, so I had to message someone else in English. He promised to send essentials. We waited, but nothing came, so we went out and planned to just sleep there for one night and leave a review. When we returned, the receptionist still didn’t understand us. I asked a friend and later my father — both Arabic speakers — to help. Only then did the man agree to bring items to the room. But right as we were about to go, another guest arrived asking for a hookah, and the man prioritized that instead. Fifteen minutes later, he gave me four tiny soaps. Because the room was in a different hotel, we had to cross a dark area and jump over a wire fence laid flat. I didn’t see it and fell, injuring my arms and knees and tearing my jacket. That was the final straw. I left immediately. I had booked this place for the experience of a wooden cabin in nature, with a view — but I got none of that. I paid €80 for a night I didn’t even stay. The service was unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left — and it’s well deserved.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the property is well tended, with plenty of spaces to sit outside and chill, swings for the kids. A little boho style in the nature, it was lovely! Our children had so much fun in a safe and green environment. Cottages are simple but clean with comfy beds.

The location was amazing, the scenery, The View, you have your cabin and a sitting place outside with shades and a swing, they provide you with some services such as shisha and soft drinks, Coffee and Tea.
