Great hotel and friendly personnel. Family owned business and this you will feel. Great spa in the hotel to enjoy. Breakfast and diner was also excellent.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, very warm rooms and clear bathrooms. The staff were incredibly friendly too. The Sauna area was immaculate and a welcome heat after snowboarding in Solden. Breakfast was excellent !!!

“Good hotel for a short weekend trip!”
Very friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent!! We spent one weekend here and skied in Sölden, which is a 20 minutes ride by car.

Great hotel with great location. Bus stop close to hotel. Very kind staff. They always smile. Clean rooms. What we love was shower gel and handwash it smells perfect. For skiing trip is it ideal hotel to fully enyoy vacation.

“Such an amazing stay!”
Amazing staff and the hospitality is something you can get only in a very well managed family kind of a setup. Definitely try out their restaurant for a very warm and cozy experience. We had a problem with the bed of a room and when we pointed that out, our room was upgraded without a question. Also, note that they have a free sauna which is just amazing so don't miss that out.

“Comfortable base in a gorgeous village with a fantastic sauna/spa”
Fantastic location in a really cute village in the Oetztal. We absolutely loved the sauna/spa which was included with the room price. The spa facilities were clean, stylish, new and beautifully presented around a spacious pinewood wellness area. Really worth it! The breakfast was delicious each morning with a big selection of things. The hotel is in a great location in Umhausen with other restaurants and nice forest/waterfall walks close by. We took the bus from Oetztal train station which came frequently and several busstops close to the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. While the building must be quite old and the rooms a little outdated, it feels like a new boutique hotel with a sustainable and stylish touch.
