Overview
Gästehaus Bichl is located at an altitude of 1600 metres above sea level in the Niederthai Ski Region and is just 1 km from the Mataulift Ski Lift and the Stuibenfall Waterfall. The property has an indoor pool, sauna, garden and barbecue facilities. The Gästehaus offers accommodation units that have a balcony with mountain views. The apartments have a kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with a bidet. Some units also come with a living room. Wi-Fi can be used against a charge, and a bread delivery service and dinner are available upon request. It is also possible to reserve breakfast in advance. Hiking tours can be arranged against a surcharge, and private parking is available on site free of charge. The property has a ski storage room, and laundry facilities are available for use. Bichl Gästehaus has a restaurant that serves regional cuisine, and packed lunches are also available. Local restaurants, shops and cross-country ski trails can all be reached within 1 km. A bathing lake can be visited in Umhausen, 10 km away, and the Aquadome thermal spa is 15 km away. The Ötztal train station can be reached by car in 30 minutes, and Innsbruck Airport is a 1-hour drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request. From 1 December to 30 April the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts in Niederthai, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.

“Traditional guesthouse with charm and spectacular views”
Perched at above 1500m with spectacular views, this traditional guesthouse offers an authentic stay in the Tyrolean mountains. Straight out of a fairytale, the rooms take you back in time, the quiet is healing and the views make you plan your next hike. The owner was as kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious (including the home-made pear juice and an Easter egg treat!). Our dog was allowed to stay with us too which was a big bonus for us. Absolutely loved our stay here and will come again!

“Thank you very much for your hospitality!”
Great place. The breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent for those looking for a peaceful spot with a lovely view. The apartment was great, with a good space for cooking and an extra sofa bed in the kitchen for the child. While we didn’t have a balcony, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the front porch of the property, which offered a quiet, beautiful view.

Fantastic surroundings! The scenery was truly amazing, very quiet, no cars just the sound of the wind in the trees at night. Very friendly host with good recommendations on what to do and when. Functional kitchenette where we could prepare dinner. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and try to come back!
