“So bad”
I've been using Booking.com for about 20 years and traveling to different countries for business and pleasure for 15. This is the first time I've ever written a review like this. The bed was absolutely awful. They'd pushed two single beds together, and there was a huge hole in the middle. We had to sleep apart, my girlfriend on one side of the bed, and I on the other side. When I woke up in the morning, my entire back ached because of the hole. When we went into the bathroom, the entire bathroom flooded. It was awful to pay so much for the best room and be treated so badly.
