“Exceptional Stay”

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wira Home Stay. Having stayed at a 5-star resort immediately beforehand, we were genuinely blown away by the standard of Wira. The level of care, attention, and hospitality exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities are absolutely immaculate. From the pool and bathrooms to the restaurant and common areas, there always seemed to be staff discreetly checking, cleaning, and maintaining everything to the highest standard. The attention to detail is phenomenal – every day we found fresh flowers in both our bathroom and on our balcony, which was such a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. The staff are exceptional: kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. They go above and beyond in ways that make a real difference. During our stay, both my wife and I became unwell, and the staff were incredibly caring and eager to help, even making fresh ginger tea to help settle our stomachs. Their kindness and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated. The grounds are beautiful, safe, and extremely well maintained. The location is also excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Uluwatu's main street, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. The food deserves a special mention as well. It was consistently delicious and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the chicken fried rice so much that it became a regular lunch choice for us. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a good variety of fresh options that were prepared quickly each morning.

Villa Homestay made me feel at home from the very moment I arrived. The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is fantastic. It feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of Uluwatu. The only sounds I heard were roosters and cows, which made the atmosphere feel calm, authentic, and relaxing. It is the perfect place to escape the crowds while still being close to everything. The swimming pool is lovely and quiet, making it a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day to an exceptionally high standard. Everything was so clean that you could practically eat off the floor. The staff are always happy to help with anything you need, and their genuine friendliness makes the experience even more special. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious and something I looked forward to every morning. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Homestay to both solo travelers and couples. It offers the perfect balance between peace and convenience. With Grab, you can reach the center within minutes, but if you enjoy walking, it is also an easy and safe walk into town. A truly wonderful place to stay, and one that I would happily return to.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Close to Busy street in Uluwatu with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. They have very kind staff, everyone smile when they see you anywhere in the hotel.

We live in a newer, more fashionable place now, but looking back, Wira was better for a number of reasons: wonderful friendly staff, excellent cleaning) flowers were constantly laid out - nice) breakfasts were simple but varied

Beautiful, quiet stay near the centre of uluwatu. In a perfect location nestled away from the manic roads yet still a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive away from restaurants and shops. Would definitely reccomend scooter hire from here too! breakfast had a lot of indonesian options, I definitely didn’t struggle for choice as a vegetarian too. staff were lovely and room was well equipped and clean. worth a stay :)

Lovely staff, on hand to help with anything needed. We stayed in a great room which felt private and had a view of the pool. Breakfast was brilliant and could be served at the room or in their restaurant area. It was a short walk to multiple Warungs and could walk to the beach.

Excellent value for money Homestay in a quiet location, within a 30-minute walking distance from good restaurants. Love the tranquil setting and beautiful swimming pool.
