“Thoroughly disappointed with booking.com”
It was terrible! The hotel was closed down as there had been a fire and booking.com still allowed us to book it! We had to find a new hotel, bear, pay a much higher price due to this negligence, pay for additional transport costs and thoroughly disappointed with booking.com

“Great place to stay for ski sessions!”
Great location, friendly staff, rooms were decent and we had everything we needed. The sauna and spa were a nice bonus and the ski rental place in the hotel was great. Would stay again!

The location of the hotel is right next to the ski lift. It’s very convenient to move around. The hotel is also well insulated and comforting, especially after being outside in the snow for a while.

“Good stay”
Some items on the menu were not available, must that must’ve been because of the off season during which we travelled. The staff is very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and as described on the website. We liked our stay at the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ayhan who was very kind and warm hearted. Great to escape the busyness of Istanbul and a perfect location for our hike to the summit of Uludağ (22km round trip on good paths). Breakfast was great! The cable car journey up was very impressive.
