Beautifully presented apartment with everything we needed. Half hour walk to the city centre which was very fascinating and informative.

Every think was perfect! The apartment is very clean, modern, well maintained. It is in a new building. The garage is located in the same building and there is elevator connecting the garage and the apartment. Very quickly connection between the apartment and the old town by tram number 2 for 3 stops. We had a wonderful time.

The room is with spacious rooms. It’s also quiet at night. There is a parking lot so it’s convenient for people who drives here.

- location close to the city center. The tram stop within 2 min walking distance (3 stops to city center) - very tasteful furnishings, in good condition - kitchen with all necessary supplies + coffe & gems - very clean - easy access - small garden surrounded by trees. From your window you see only trees and hear the birds in the morning

The appartment had all facilities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was 2 mins from tram/ bus stop.

It’s an amazing place, looks like in the pictures. You have everything you need. It’s so quiet, you almost hear your thoughts. The landlord is giving you the necessary directions, so it’s easy to access. We realy loved staying here. Hope to stay again soon.

This flat is very tidy, new, well-equipped and cozy. It is well-located too, 3 min walk distance from tram station, which brings you to the center of the city. A parking space in the closed parking - we really appreciated it. We could charge our electric car at the parking space (there is just an ordinary plug). Easy self-check in and the owner was always available on the phone. Decent WiFi.

beautiful apartment. Location is convenient. There’s a supermarket 10 min walk distance. They have fully equipped kitchen, including olive oil, salt, etc. Could be nice to have some tea. Coffee is not good. Bring yours. They answer the phone immediately. Parking is very comfortable. It is on the ground floor (not the 1st one as described). They have an elevator straight from the garage to the apartment. Internet is working super fast.

Mind blowing flat for half the hotel price. This place has absolutely no competition in Ulm. Quiet neighborhood, private parking place in a garage, easy access, awesome new interior design, all the amenities a family might need. Large bathroom, large clean towels, very comfortable bed. Although they offer Netflix I didn't try it, since we've been to tired to continue watching a mini series. WiFi works, I didn't have to measure the bandwidth ;-) If you want to spend some time in Ulm, look for Customflats offerings. I highly recommend this flat.
