Lovely apartment, amazing view! Fabulous location with easy access to the beach, ocean pool (highly recommended!) Fisherman's Co-op, shops and restaurants. Balcony was well used - as was the dining area and lounge - plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed, clean and good facilities. Accessibility was good with ramp access and lift outside. Inside good too in bathrooms and balcony. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful.

The keys were described as being in the letterbox to the far left of the property. They were in fact located to the far right of the building as you look at it in the back of the letterbox which made it hard to see the numbers. There was no mention of the seafood processing facility opposite. This meant heavy trucks arriving and leaving in the early hours of Saturday morning causing much noise as the accelerated up the hill. I would not like to be there during the week days when they are much busyer. The windows of the apartment were filthy together with the balcony floor and outside furniture, to the extent we had to clean these ourselves so we could sit down on the chairs and use the table. But by far the worst was the build up human hair in the grate of the en-suite shower. This was disgusting and unacceptable. Clearly a sign of lazy cleaners and poor inspection by the property managers. To her credit Kristen was very proactive when we pointed out the cleanliness of the apartment and she came herself to clean up on the Saturday morning. However she should never have had to do this and the apparent should never have been made available in this state. She kindly left a bottle of wine but a simple apology would have sufficed.

The location was great. The touches inside the apartment were exceptional and the layout suited us perfectly. It made our holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience.

I absolutely loved waking up every morning to a stunning beach view – it was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better for all ages, with shopping centres, banks, restaurants, and cafés just a stone’s throw away. Although the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning, I requested pedestal fans, and they were delivered within an hour of my arrival – such a thoughtful touch. The McGrath team were exceptional in communicating with me and even went out of their way to assist when I had trouble finding the correct entrance. I honestly cannot praise them enough. The bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, and both the kitchen and bathroom had more than enough essentials. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a fuss-free, relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. It truly exceeded my expectations. BEST STAY EVER :) :)
