All rooms and cabins at the Breeze Inn offer air-conditioning (cooling/heating) a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee making (coffee cups and teaspoons provided). We DO NOT provide crockery and cutlery to the rooms other than self-contained cabins.

The location, well kept room. Mollymook beach was just 3 mins drive. We went to see the sunrise at the beach, it was exceptional. Best beach to see the sunrise. Friendly local people. We had a very pleasant stay!

“Clean, comfortable and convenient”
Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The small kitchen with microwave was handy. There was no extra charge to have our dog there.

Excellent location, on the main highway just outside main Ulladulla town centre but close to mollymook beach. Great full size fridge, and shower had great pressure. Check in experience was hassle free, and staff were attentive over the phone. Noisy plumbing in our cabin meant sleep was disturbed despite no water being used during the night. Notified owners/operators and someone attended to us during our stay to try and isolate the issue which was appreciated, but ultimately wasn’t fixed during our stay.

“This was a good location for a short stay in the area.”
The motel was surprisingly quiet, given it's highway location. It is an older motel, but spotlessly clean. It was a bonus to have a table and chairs as well as a comfortable armchair. The motel's key access system was smooth and easy.

Rear windows had no flyscreen. Front windows too noisy if open. Shower stall leaks. Ceiling fan only operates on high.
