I chose this place especially the Tent Accommodation because it is unique. It has an overview of the City of Ulaanbaatar. More than anything else, Gana is truly assisting me in every step of the way. In fact, he let his wife drive me to airport on my last day at a cheaper price. The place is very quiet and just a walking distance to many shops and food stores. Very affordable place and has the ambience of a rooftop scenic view. No food is served in this House. And it is 7 mins walk to Ulaanbaatar Department store and 10 min walk to the famous square. Highly recommended.

The staff is really nice and accommodating and the place is good value for money. It’s not the most modern place but it’s comfy and there’s late check-in too which is great if you arrive at the airport at night.

It has everything you need and the rooms are cosy. The host waited for us to check-in, even though we arrived very late at night without much notice.

The places has character, is clean and well maintain, Gana and her daughters are totally oriented to the guess and their need and very helpful to make possible the plans and wishes.

Lovely double room on the roof, to fully experience the local life of Ulaanbaatar, you can stay here. It's close to Gandan Monastery, and not too far from the State Department Store and museums. The host is warm and thoughtful.

Seriously, one of the best stays in our yearly trip. Gana was the kindest host ever.

The Gur on the roof was nice. The manager was veryt layback and helpful even when we indicated that we might not stay there

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights in room number 20. The room had no curtain on the window, and the window didn’t close at all. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The internet connection was quite weak. On the positive side, I was able to check in after midnight without any issues. Overall, I do not recommend this hostel because they accommodate guests in poorly cleaned rooms. They also do not accept card payments — only cash.

Ganas guesthouse is great for the money. The basic rooms are comfortable and spacious. Gana was so helpful during our stay which is what makes this place wonderful. He arranged a 4 day tour for us at short notice which was brilliant. Bold, our driver, was knowledgable and kind and we saw some incredible sights, staying in Gers and meeting local people. Gana also helped us with airport transfers and offers a laundry service.
