“We were fortunate to choose this hotel as our first stay in Ukulhas”

The place is surely one of the better properties in Ukulhas. It right next to the beach, the rooms are big (too big), the air conditioning is placed so you can actually sleep with it running, the breakfast, albeit lacking variation, is good, and the restaurant (serving lunch and dinner) on par with the rest of the good restaurants on the island. This is surely a good option for Ukulhas. I say this because, being on our first visit in the Maldives, we chose to hop from one hotel to another. When we saw what our next stop looked like (Ukulhas Villa OceanView Hotel&Spa - year, right), we fortunately could still cancel and extend our stay in Nala Veli.

The accommodation was very clean & comfortable. There were fresh beach towels supplied each day. A beautiful bikini beach is straight outside the hotel complete with sun loungers. The snorkelling there is excellent! We opted for the half board option. Breakfast for the majority of our stay was buffet style but the last couple of days we had to select between Continental or Maldivian which reduced choice. Dinner was excellent value. A three course dinner selected from the menu. There was a lot of variety to choose from and we enjoyed every meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful.

“A nice stay with outstanding guest service”

A wonderful meet and greet at the island's ferry - and we got a short introduction on the island while driving to the guesthouse. The staff made sure to make us happy. Without any problems we could change the room (the first one was a bit dark and stuffy). During breakfast, they offered additional fruits on request for free. They were always available when needed.
