My second 3 Days stay at Zone, great staff special mention for front desk manager Mr. Harsh. who went out of his way to make our stay a pleasure, food is excellent very good chef you must try some of his creations . Highly recommend.

Charges extra for jacuzzi rooms but jacuzzi were old and not operational room services were very poor due to lack of stalf breakfast was very bad cold and poor service in restaurant nobody to attend guest and refill food

Worst experience We book 4 rooms Ek room me AC nahi chal raha tha Ek room me TV nahi chal raha tha Ek room me refrigerator nahi tha Or agar aap ne breckfast book nahi karvaya hai to ye aap ko room service nahi denge if u will ask for a tea in morning they will refuce or kahenge ki staff nahi hai Lunch k time pe bhi 2 ghante wait karvane k bad lunch mila Agar staff nahi hai to booking kyo lete ho
