Property is in a narrow road and you can not reach with your Car. You need to park 1KM away and take an auto to reach.

“Great for single travelers but watch outside they don't take cards unless insisted on”
Definitely try the cheese tomato omelette at the restaurant above the hotel. Great views of the city and lake palace plus the lake and other monuments. The hotel is fantastically located in the old quarters and the staff especially MITHALAL is super friendly (and very cute) he goes out of his way to help you if he can. His English is non existent but it makes up for it with his nature. He was kind enough to daily fill my bottle with filtered (aro) water which was a great help. The hotel is just a 2 min walking distance to the major sites including jagdish temple(go for the 7pm evening ceremony/arti) and the totally avoidable city palace. Rather please make a trip to bagore ki haveli museum and the next door Gangor ghat. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is in a safe location and I'd definitely encourage single travelers to come here. Room is cleaned only on request which was a privacy bonus. I also appreciate the promt service of the reception staff to arrange for a card machine specially for me as otherwise I would have to call home and deposit a cheque in their account which would have been embarrassing. Please carry excess cash for such emergencies. But the staff were very kind and helpful.

Terrace has an amazing view, rooms are not that good and there was no cleaning of room.
