Overview
Only a 5-minute drive from historical Muro-ji Temple, B & B Nishimine offers cozy accommodation with free wired internet. A free shuttle is available from Kintetsu Sanbomatsu Train Station with an advance reservation. The traditional rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and Japanese futon bedding. All are air-conditioned and offer a mountain view. A kotatsu (heated leg-warming table) is provided during the winter season. The bathroom and toilets are shared, and include free amenities. The shared lounge provides free coffee. All areas of the property are non-smoking. Guests can experience rice planting in May and harvesting in September. Fireflies light the night in June. A Japanese dinner and breakfast are served at the dining room. Kintetsu Muroguchiono Train Station is a 15-minute drive away, and Nishimine B & B is a 50-minute train ride and walk from Hasedera Temple.

“Best place!”
My husband and I absolutely love everything about this B & B, we stayed 6 nights. First and foremost, Keiko and her husband are just such wonderful people. We enjoyed Keiko's company very much and felt right at home. Her cooking skills are brillant and she's very considerate and good at finding out what you like. Her husband does the perfect shuttle service so if you are not travelling by car, it still all works out. We wish we could go there every year, thank you so much for everything!

Lovely authentic house where an older Japanese couple are essentially letting you share their house. The hosts are very happy to engage and tell about their experiences in Japan. Albeit, they do not speak much English.

“welcome. JAPAN.”
A calm place in the heart of the mountains, for those looking for peace, nature and a mystical view. People who want to get to know traditional Japanese culture come here. Okasan - mother in Japanese - prepared a traditional dinner for us (with advance reservation), Otosan - father in Japanese, set the table. Highly recommended!

Dinner & breakfast were delicious. Loved the personal attention we received. Hosts are friendly, welcoming & helpful. The B& B is a bit difficult to find but charming once you are settled.

The hosts are lovely! We stayed for one night during a cycling trip through the region and had the warmest welcome. It’s a beautiful place to wake up and see the sun rise.
