Simera is at an excellent location with brilliant view of Cappadocia, especially at sunrise time with the balloons flying over Göreme! Each cave room is unique, all look so cute! I’d definitely love to come back to try a different room! Staff on site were attentive, the pre arrival greetings and messaging during our stay with the owners over WhatsApp were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was exceptional with the view too! Absolutely loved every bit of the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Simera in Cappadocia. The hotel itself is beautiful, and one of the highlights was being able to watch the hot air balloons right from the property—such a magical and unforgettable experience. A very special thanks to Ali, a true gentleman who looked after us incredibly well throughout our stay. His kindness, attention, and hospitality really made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia—you won’t be disappointed!

First off, the room was very clean and the view from our balconey was spectacular. The service and staffs were super helpful, always ready to assist 24/7. Breakfast was amazing, large variety of turkish cuisine ready for us. Thank you!!

We truly loved everything about this hotel. It is very warm, cozy, and beautifully designed, with an amazing atmosphere. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, especially the traditional Turkish breakfast — everything was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Ayşe, the manager. She helped us organize flowers because we came to celebrate a birthday, and she assisted us with the whole organization. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. Her care made our stay even more special.

“Unrestricted views, lovely room, great breakfast”

Location and view. Staff were very friendly, great big breakfast (slightly different each morning), room was really nicely made and very nice to be in, very cosy and always warm for our stay in winter. The view from the terrace was incredible - if the balloons fly the view would be unrestricted. Great location as well, we could walk to town for dinner and around to the castle. It is not as busy as Goreme, where everyone seems to stay, so for shuttles we were usually first pick up and last drop off (which wasn’t a problem but I guess something to know)

That rare feeling when a place immediately feels right –without expectations, without comparisons. The view from the balcony is pure magic. Morning, silence, Cappadocia slowly revealing itself, calm and gentle, as if just for you. In moments like these, you don’t want to go anywhere –you simply want to be. And the breakfasts… They are something truly special. Not just delicious, but filled with care, attention, and that rare sense that someone genuinely tried for you. We can say with confidence: these were the best breakfasts of all our travels. And of course, Mustafa 🤍 His attentiveness, tact, and sincere desire to make our stay truly warm are remembered just as vividly as the views and the food. This wasn’t about service –it was about attitude. And you could feel it in every small gesture. This is a place you want to return to not to tick it off a list, but for the feeling it gives you.

Everything about this stay was amazing! We were looked after very well and had all the facilities mentioned. Every worker was attentive and made this stay special for us including Mustafa, Elvin, Baysa and even manager Ayse(sorry for spelling mistakes). Communication was very simple and the room was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend for others to book.

“Amazing experience”

The venue is situated at a good point giving a view of the entire region and also the balloons in the morning. The rooms are classic, spacious and clean and just as it is shown in the pictures. The staff especially Hotel manager Ayse was extremely helpful and sweet. She surprised us with a special gesture and cake for my partners birthday. The breakfast was a spread and delicious. Mustafa at the reception was very helpful and great customer service. I would recommend this hotel for everyone for their absolutely clean, traditional, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff is also equally well mannered and supportive.

The initial “wow” factor (stayed in the presidential suite) walking out onto the balcony and my wife’s reaction to the view was special.

“HOT AIR BALLOON VIEWS....with a spa!”

Very good stay here! Staff were fast with communication, gave suggestions for places to go, booked our taxi's and very overall very polite. We stayed in the suite so we had a balcony and spa pool which oversees the mountains and also the hot air balloons and sunrise in the morning. Perfect view to watch and the hot air balloons come very close to the accommodation, fly right over it! Was a stunning experience. Breakfast was not buffet but the hotel brings out many plates of food to your table to share. A lot of food for me and my friend, we never managed to eat everything but it was delicious spread of traditional Turkish and your usual eggs and bacon. Location is in Uchisar so about a 10 minute drive from the main town Goreme. Not too many options for shopping in Uchisar, only hotels and tour companies stores. Good location to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Room was a good size for 2 ppl, plenty of space.

The hotel offered an incredible view, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and several members of the staff were very courteous. The food was excellent, and the rooms provided very good value for money
