Best location, best breakfast

“I do not recommend it.”

I want to share my experience so that other people don’t fall for this scam. The hotel is well located, but it is in terrible condition. The rooms have a strong mold smell, sand was falling onto the bed, the bathroom was clogged, and the room heater did not work — especially during a very cold period. In addition, the staff were not friendly, except for one young man who worked at the café and was very polite. I did not enjoy the experience. For the high price we paid for the stay, the minimum I expected was a room that matched the promised standard. We deserve better, and unfortunately that was not delivered.

The food and the location were the only positive part of the stay here. The hotel has its own restaurant which is pricey but it’s positioned as a premium restaurant with a view of the fairy chimneys so can’t complain. Given the hotel is situated with a view of the fairy chimneys the view was amazing. It’s a shame I can’t say the same about the staff and hotel room itself

The dining room location for breakfast. The view is definitely worth it. Cave room is nice and you can easily walk to Uchisar Castle

Beautiful stay

Stunning view of Uçhisar Castle, excellent service, and delicious food! Furthermore, since there was water leaking from the ceiling in our room, they offered us an upgraded room. I highly recommend staying at Caldera Cave Hotel.

The location is incredible you are next to Uchisar castle and can see where the balloons take off. The breakfast is delicious and a great variety even for vegetarians.

Lovely property comfortable nice spa bath in room . Breakfast ok bit repititive but more than enough maybe cut down amount but offer more choice individually rather than put all on table as so much

Everything about this place was great! From the first moment we checked in the staff made us feel at home . Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was constantly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was so good , felt like my grandma cooked it for me. Location was great and the view from the hotel and our room was absolutely stunning , waking up to this was amazing

Perfect location, 2 steps away from the castle. What a dream to wake up at 6am and walk at the terrasse to see the balloons flying in the sky. We were well taken care of, if you have any question, the staff will gladly assist you. And the breakfast for 2 can feed a whole AFL team. Fantastic stay overall ! The hotel is just in front of the Uchisar Castle, one of the most popular tourist spot. Hotel Staffs are very nice and accomodating.

Location was excellent

the jacuzzi had small defects and the water flowed very slowly

the location with an impressive view of the Uchisar castle, well-facilitated with massage bathtub and the luxury full Turkish breakfast. The staff is also very nice.

Loved everything. The view is the best in urchisar and the breakfast is amazing!!
