Breakfast was good, but as the hotel was hosting a convention, service was a little bit hectic with some delay to replenish food. Room was ok, a little bit outdated. Gym needs a refurbishment

“Unfortunately I can't recommend.”
The location was great. The employees responsible for it were great! They were friendly and very interested in order to give us some help about the city or any other question about the place.

“Terrible customer care”
On 29th July at 10 am, at the check out, a woman told me that I should paid for a restaurant bill of R$120,00. I replayed saying that the bill was wrong as spend only 78,50 . She insisted but this time she was quite rude to me. I said for her to check the bill properly and after doing so, she said I was right. After that she charged me R$10,00 for parking. I said I already had paid at the check in the day before. However, she again insisted saying there was nothing in her computer to proof that. Again I had an argument with this lady . I only would like to say that Dan Inn should employ people who knows about customer care. This particular lady was trying to argue with me at all times. it´s unacceptable for a hotel the keep this kind of people working with customers .

The breakfast was fair. Not many options. The Breakfast staff was not very friendly specially when asked for something. Coffee and eggs were cold.
