“Everything a 5 star hotel should be , we will return.”
We were given a glass of champagne upon arrival, the hotel was beautiful, the staff could not do enough. We were show to our room by the receptionist , The room was vast, the bathroom spectacular. perfect.

Located right in centre of the town, valet parking worked well. We had a suite which was fabulous and excellent value for money.

The staff were excellent. We found them all very helpful and friendly. There was guest parking even though we were in the centre of the historic area which was a huge plus as we were on a driving tour around Andalucia. Our room was spacious and well lit with lots of storage. It had a sofa and desk area which we made use. It had a double shower en suite with good water force and copious amounts of hot water. We enjoyed our breakfasts there and the waiting staff were very professional yet lovely. We also ate in the cafe attached to the hotel - the food was delicious and the service exemplary. There is a swimming pool but it was too early in the season to be tempted to use it! If in the area again, we would definitely return to this hotel. It was perfect for exploring the town and nearby countryside.

“Wonderful romantic gettaway in a beautiful city.”
The room was lovely, and really big. The bath in the room was an excellent touch, we really liked that. We liked how central it was for walking out and finding places to eat and just sightsee. The staff were really helpful

A very friendly welcome from reception, complete with a welcome glass of cava! We even had the car parked for us! The meal at Taberna Guadiana was very enjoyable and convenient on a rainy evening.Lovely comfortable room.

“Big rooms and the best breakfast”
Huge room the biggest in our Spain vacation. In the old town of Ubeda which was perfect for sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing with fresh baked items and a great range of items even for vegetarians. The restaurant attached was excellent and we had a dinner here when most restaurants in town were not open.
