The owners were very warm and welcoming. The property was a minute walk from the beach. We were provided with beach chairs and an umbrella. There was a good choice of restaurants in the area.

We were renting this separately accessible bedroom-bathroom-garden for 5 nights in the beautiful home of Lais and Bernardo. We didn’t receive any keys, since it is just a mosquito sliding door which you need to open to step into the green and to walk (we recommend barefoot) through the jungle path to the most beautiful surfers beach (see also my YouTube video). Another highlight is the lovely breakfast on the veranda. The hosts spoiled us - and the impressive diversity of bird visitors from the jungle next doors - making the first meal the most exciting experience every morning. Lais and Bernardo are just loving their place, community and the nature surrounding them, which is evident from the houses architecture, the numerous self-made mosaics and plants they take care of in and around the house. Sharing this paradise sometimes with selected guests is one distinct expression of their love, which we are super thankful for having witnessed.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location owned and managed by lovely people who went above snd beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable and secure. To hear the sea as you sleep is wonderful.
