very kind hosts, relatively quiet area compared to city center

Great location, and especially the host of the place was very kind. We had some good chats and he was very helpful with everything. If you need a place to stay in Ubatuba, this is the right place!

The room was clean and quiet, 5 minute walk to the beach, secure parking, and Diego spoke English, so wasn't a struggle to communicate with my Bad Portuguese. And Diego was kind enough to supply me with Aloe Vera, to help me nurse my unfortunate sunburn. I recommend strongly.

The owner and his family were very helpful with all of our “tourist questions” such as restaurant recommendations, finding beautiful beaches, good surf spots etc. Is was very accessible from the bus station, we took an Uber for around 10 minutes and the accommodation was close to the beach and the restaurant / shopping street. We could rent bikes as well. It was clean all the time and had a small kitchen which we used to make breakfast. There was a big supermarket only 100 meters away. The owners always had a smile one their face when we met them and we felt very welcomed and safe. Great hospitality!!!!! BIG RECOMMENDATION⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was comfortable, and we had our private space. Diogo was very attentive and lent us two bikes to explore the city.

Everything was just perfect! 👌 We loved that the house is well-located, 5-7 minutes near Itaguá beach, in the center of Ubatuba, the most vivid spot in the city - full of all types of restaurants, bazars and night life. We also felt totally safe in the region and in the house. We had a flexible check-in and check-out. Also, freedom to access to the house during our stay. We could prepare our own meals and there were all what we needed of utensils and basic ingredients, such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee..etc. We had filtered water. Besides that the house offers drinks at a very reasonable cost. The house is extra clean, neat and organized. The air conditioner, the fan and the shower worked perfectly in our room. We were provided with towels, toilet paper and hangers. The trash was collected daily additionally. I personally liked the idea of coloured clips to seperate between the hung clothes of all visitors. There were enough sockets in the room and one directly besides the bed. In addition to a lampshade on the commode. We were able to relax in the hammocks and we enjoyed the shared spaces where there’s a table to play cards at or to socialize with others. The house is nicely decorated and it felt like home. Above all, Diego and Regina provided ALL the help and support with all love, even before we request! 🤍

This was far the best value for money stay in 1,5 month travel in Brasil. Owner is a friendly young Brasilian guy Diego, speaking fluent english. He has a natural feeling for hospitality and makes you feel like home. I came for 3 days and stayed 6. Diego is taking a really good care of the place and the guests. He let me use his byke to ger arround, constantly advised me about different kind of stuff on whatsapp and even took me to tha station at the end ☺️ The common kitchen is super clean and spacious. Very fair priced beer and soda is available in the fridge. Coffe is there so you can prepare it for yourself. Even the trash bags in the kitchen are scented ☺️. Aircon in the room is very good and silent. Shower is perfect. Room is cleaned every day. Basically you almost get a hotel treatment for a very low price. Just awesome!

Diego (owner) speaks perfectly English and make our stay unforgettable with the best tips to do and see in the area. We booked a night extra because of Diego! We strongly recommend this place and will come back!
