Filthy hotel. Never again.

It's close to Tysons. But you will need a car to get around since it's nowhere near public transportation.

Misleading information about breakfast and below-average cleanliness made the stay disappointing.

The location was convenient and the staff were polite at check-in.

Asqueroso y peligroso para la salud, Extended Stay America: un horror total

An absolute disgrace of a hotel. I stayed at Extended Stay America and from the moment I walked in, it was a nightmare. The room was covered in hair—in the bathtub, on the bed, on the floor. Clearly, no cleaning had been done before my arrival. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. The elevator reeked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I asked for cups and they gave me dirty plastic ones. Seriously? They can’t even handle the basics. The so-called “included breakfast” they advertise is a scam—it’s not breakfast, it’s a joke. And the service? Even worse. The older woman at the front desk in the morning—the one wearing a headscarf—was shockingly rude and unprofessional. No kindness, no patience, no courtesy. Thankfully, the Filipina woman on the cleaning staff was very kind and helpful, as was the Black male receptionist with glasses on the evening shift. The only decent people in that place. To make things worse, I got sick because of the room. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning felt unhealthy. When I opened the door to let in air, a disgusting smell from the hallway would come in—like something dead. It felt like a horror movie. After several days trying to endure it, I had to run out to a nearby hotel because it was an absolute nightmare. I ended up with a sore throat from the humidity and lack of ventilation. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Filthy, poorly managed, unhealthy, and awful customer service. I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me.

Very dirty, changed rooms 2 times and still found dirt. The staffs service is bad and do not care about customers. Before I checked in, I sent a message to Nam that I wanted to make sure my room was clean, but they still ignored me. This is the worst hotel I have ever used. That means after you stay, they never clean the bed sheets. Because I entered the first room and found hair, I asked to change rooms and still found hair like the first room. I feel disgusted.

Probably the most filthiest hotel room I have ever seen!

We selected Extended Stay at Tyson's Corner because it was relatively close to Dulles and Washington DC. Parking facilities were adequate and we had no problem finding a parking spot. Staff was courteous and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The beds were comfortable.

SAS hotel has a great staff, comfy beds, and will offer you a good short stay.

Breakfast was very light. Pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Thankfully they had some Nature Valley bars. Room, bed, and bathroom were clean.

Good location, otherwise, nothing to write home about. Poor accommodation in need of updating.

The room was spacious. Wi-Fi was fair. You have to pay extra for faster Wi-Fi.
