“Convenient and great value”
We had son at UTTyler so location was excellent. Good breakfast and great parking and access to washing machines was good

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff was very informative.We had a storm and there was a power outage, they were very reactive to the situation and transparent about the return of services.

The lady at the front desk swiped my 4 credit cards and kept saying they did not go thru. I asked for a Manager and she fixed the issue but later that day all my cards are charged!!!! Nothing!! Pool and room was dirty wirh roaches crawling!!!

“A lovely hotel in Tyler”
It was very clean and spacious. Receptionist Ashley was fabulous. Made us feel at home. The hotel was far away from everything so a car was needed. Loved the pool.
