“Money trap”
Got charged extra because we got the sheets dirty??? Old outdated motel with terrible water pressure. Entire hotel smells like pot!

“Overpriced for the experience”
There was a foul smell in the rooms. The first room seem to have mold on the ceiling after speaking to front desk they gave me a upgrade to another room which had a couple of dead bugs on the floor.

“Terrible , no other words to describe we wanted our money back we didn’t even get to enjoy the room”
There was no breakfast , the juice machine wasn’t working , the ac did not get cold , the beds were very uncomfortable . I stay at a lot of days inn . This one was by far the worst . They had drug deals going on right in the parking lot . I wanted my money back to relocate and they wouldn’t refund if your uncomfortable you should be able to be refunded to find a room more comfortable . I will NEVER stay in this motel again . My company has a lot of people staying in the motel at a time and we will never come back to this one . We couldn’t get a room transfer either . The swimming pool was WAY WAY to cold to enjoy . This has been the first time we ever had a problem at one of these named motels . I would like to be refunded so maybe we could try it again since they wouldn’t refund our money that night we checked in . When we complain we want people to understand we’re not being a diva or disrespectful we want you to listen and understand that if they would have just gave out money back and let us find a different motel it would have been different . Thank you for listening . I give great reviews when it had been a great experience and I tell the 330 employees how our stay was so they will know we’re to go and not go . The 98.00 a night is not what it’s about I would pay 300 dollars a night if I know it’s comfortable . I want my money back we went and stayed In our truck from 1:00 am until 7;00 am it was just to hot in the room . I have cancer and was staying the night to be at my chemo treatment the next morning and we got NO sleep . It would be greatly appreciated if my money is refunded so I can spread the word y’all did what was right , thanks for listening if you do .
