We booked the Inn looking for a cozy B&B experience and we got that and more. Great quirky house where you get to know the innkeepers and other guests in a friendly non-intrusive environment made just for that. Great location in the nicer part of Tybee Island with Savannah just a short drive away.

Location was perfect, playhouse + beach right down the street with walking distance. Short drive from Savannah + many entertainment and dining options.

My wife and I booked a reservation for a Family Suite- 2 queen size beds for January 2023 two months in advance. Upon arrival we were taken to a narrow room at the back end of the building, on the first floor in which we found one queen bed downstairs and another in a tiny loft above, accessible by a narrow circular stair. The room was unheated, but we were given a small space heater, which proved completely inadequate. We were still in our jackets 45 minutes later. We called and asked for a room in the interior of the house as the assigned room was no doubt a former utility room, no central heat, the door to the room was an outside door that was in need of weather stripping and a cold draft was constant. It was quite narrow with one queen bed downstairs and another bed in a loft accessible by a circular stair (a queen bed is too small for us), which, both being 80 years of age, was considered a trip/fall safety hazard by us. We were told that, to get a different room, we would have to pay a cleaning fee, even though the owner never came in to look at conditions. We said no and that was waived. We were accommodated with an interior room with a king-size bed but with an unheated bathroom. At least this room, unlike the utility room, had smoke detectors and sprinkler heads, a zoning requirement for a B&B. That painting and interior and exterior renovations were being done was also not expected. The building is in need of improvements, such as the broken floor tiles on the entry porch. Needless to say, we were not pleased with our experience.

Very close to North Beach. Maybe a ten minute walk. Also very close to the Lighthouse and Fort Screven. I will say that is about a 15 min walk max. The bnb is located in a quiet neighborhood and is tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are great and Chris and Vessa ( the owners) are wonderful hosts.
