Their location was perfect. The size of the room was great. Parking was available and free.

“Tybee Christmas 2025”
Outside seating area was awesome, we'll lit, with outside heaters and plenty of chairs spread out for families to enjoy. Room was clean, but definitely needed some tlc, ceiling was cracked in several places from what looked like a bad water leak. Bed linens were clean ,but comforter had several holes on the top,from usage. Bathroom was nice, with a large shower(no tub) plenty of hot water, but low water pressure. Room had heat/air conditioner ,that worked well, but bathroom window needed new caulk cold air coming through, had to shut bathroom door so room would stay heated, but still enjoyed our stay, staff was very nice and accommodating, over all i would give the dunes an 8/10 rating, would definitely stay there again, close to shops,restaurants, and the beach and pier

This hotel is perfectly situated by the beach, restaurants, bars, and all the tacky tourist stores.you can't go wrong. It has a great pool with floaty's for you to use.

Fabulous location, lovely clean swimming pool and lots of parking. Just the best place to stay in Tybee Island, intend to go again. The pirate weekend looks to be a very busy time but a lot of fun.

The location of the Hotel was great. Everything was within walking distance. The beach was across the street. Our first night was not a great experience. We arrived late so there was no one to address our concerns. The room had a horrible smell and the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. The next morning we attended the front desk and the lady (i think Tonya was her name) was fabulous. She was very caring and immediately switched our rooms. The room was very good and seemed new. The air conditioner was still loud but I think that's just the way it is. I would say Tonya saved our trip and I cannot say enough positive things about her.
