Nothing. Horrible place. We were promised a refund, it never came. Super dirty.

wifi was good , room simple but alright . I was not expecting a palace and we were out all day , there was someone on duty all night in lobby

As quickly as I checked in, I checked out. I was given a room at the very end of the motel, and there were some strange people hanging around, sitting on the stairs, and wandering around the property. It seems like many people actually live there long-term, and there were even some homeless people around. The room was small and not very clean. I decided to leave and booked another hotel a bit farther away and the difference was huge! Be careful — this is not a safe place!

I loved the location as it was close to the national park, the visitor center and restaurants. I appreciated the 24/7 reception as we arrived later for check in. The view from the motel was also very nice.

the location And the price

The hotel is well located if you visit the Joshua Tree NP, it is really close to the north entry. The lady was very nice and helpful! The room was spacious and there is an elevator for upper floors, which was very handful for our heavy luggage. There is a pool that looks nice (unfortunately in maintenance during our one night stay).

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Spacious nice room typical for this hotel, very good coffee served in the morning :) really close to Joshua tree park. I truly recommend it:)

Typical motel for passing through, not very well-kept structure but for a night of passing through it's fine, it's cheap

Good location

Good place to stay, restaurants nearby. Room little bit rough but clean. Cheap .... for USA standards. Fridge , tv, in the room, laundry and ice in the building. Close to Joshua Tree national park. Grocery store/outlet 1/2 mile away.
