“A nice option in Tuzla”

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is ok. The spa is something to try. The position was ok to reach the Tuzla bay in few minutes by taxi.

Very kind staff. I get a lot of help from a very kind man from the Medical department.It is helping a lot and doing the holiday better.. Thanks for the possibility of using the yoga room.

“Pleasant quick stay but expected a little more.”

The hotel was OK. It worked for us for work but there was nothing about locally. The marina was nice, about a 20 min drive out where there were some shops, bars and restaurants. The SPA facilities were ok. Pool was small but did the job along with sauna, steam and other facilities (Make sure you take a swimming hat or you have to buy one).

“Relaxing and Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service”

This is one of our favorite hotels. The warm pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The spa is wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty and of high quality. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Excellent Wi-Fi. During one of our stays, we forgot a wallet in the safe and a bag with clothes. We contacted them, and during our next visit, they returned everything to us. Thanks to the entire staff and their manager for the calm and relaxing stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was fresh, different choices, vegetarian and meats. Personnel were exceptional. Administrator on reception was very helpful and especially the manageress of the hotel Kumru who gave especial attention to me. Medical personnel were very helpful.

In normal Television no western Europe tv channels, around 60 channels but not even 2 or 4 german channels. IP TV was given, but as internet connection was not well, was not able to look it, but thanks for the possibility and the try.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was truly magnificent. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged a cab for me to the airport at checkout, which I really appreciated. I used the spa, and loved the massage that was recommended to me by the staff member.
