Kinder- & Gletscherhotel Hintertuxerhof is a 4-star superior hotel located only 150 metres away from the cable car for the Hintertux Glacier. Each room has a balcony with panoramic views of the glacier. Parking is available free of charge. The spa area includes a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, a fitness room, and a relaxation room. Massages are also available. Rooms at the Hintertuxerhof are equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and bathrobes. The restaurant serves Tyrolean and international cuisine, regional specialities such as game and fondue, and homemade pastries. Half-board includes a large breakfast buffet and dinner with a salad buffet. For children, the Hintertuxerhof features a large playground and an indoor playroom. Children have free access to the nearby Playarena Tux, which is a 10 minutes` drive away. It offers a big play zone and many activities. There is a daily free shuttle service, offered by the property, to get to the Playarena Tux and back. The hotel has a great location and a very polite, friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is excellent, and the entertainment is enjoyable and well organized. Child care services are outstanding, giving parents real peace of mind. Everything is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The property is in walking distance of the hintertuxer gletscher bahnen. What I really love is how the staff went beyond. They are very welcoming, and as well there is enough for the kids.

We loved everything. Stuff, ambient, gastronomy. But untouched nature left the biggest impression. We were skiing, hiking and exploring the nature. The hotel gives you a lot of opportunity like discounts and free bus.
