Top Lage, Service

We stayed on July 6, 2024, for 2 nights. We traveled with our puppy and paid a small additional fee at the reception for accommodation with the dog. In my opinion, we were given the best room, and we were thrilled with the view from the window and balcony. We are very grateful to the hotel for this. We are delighted! We want to come back again! The person at the reception was very kind and friendly. At first, we couldn't find our room, but then he helped us. The hotel staff is very hospitable.

The Gastehaus is effectively an annex to the recently built uber-luxury hotel next door. Compared to the hotel the Gastehaus is somewhat dated and a bit tired, but it's clean, comfortable and the parking under the hotel is excellent, but then the rich clients of the hotel would expect that! Don't bother with any breakfast at the hotel (€28 per person!!), the bakery under the Gastehaus does an amazing breakfast for less than half of that.

Very clean and cosy. The area is just great and the people so nice. The room is perfect, traditional but modern at the same time. The balcony offers a nice view and the price is perfect for this room

Big clean room, comfortable bed. Great view from the balkony, in the middle of the pitoresque town. Walking distance to lift. Great breakfast with the fresh bread at the bakery on the ground floor, very friendly staff. For a luxerious experience there is a half pension for 43 euro deal at the bergfried hotel. Also possible to book the spa, with infinity pool for a few hours.
