It’s a lovely and very cosy cottage. One of the few places we found that truly cared enough to add a personal touch. A Christmas hamper with prosecco was the cherry on top 😍 We found everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the open-plan layout. The fireplace was an amazing feature and made the whole space feel extra cosy. Ohh and the real Christmas tree 🎄👌🏼 It really did feel like a home away from home 🫶🏼

“Perfect In Every Way”

Perfect in every way Daisy Cottage is perfect for getting away from everyday life. The Prosecco was a lovely surprise and our dog Freddie loves the rope toy. It offers idyllic views and peace of the countryside. The woodburner 🔥is a must for an Autumn/winters evening while having a wee dram 🥃 It has good wi-fi and phone signal, well equipped kitchen. The cottage was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Would 110% recommend staying here

Such a beautiful cottage just outside Turriff. I already miss the woodburner! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect size for our family of 4 and dog.

It’s a very nice and well equipped and stylish cottage. Very comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children. There are even 2 bathrooms which is very convenient. Unfortunately next to a busy road :(. A coffee machine and pillows for in the garden would be great.

We travelled with an emotional support dog and the garden area was perfect for her as it was all inclosed which allowed for lots of running around without the worry of escape

“A lovely, comfortable cottage”

Daisy Cottage was a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. The hosts had thought of everything and added lots of lovely extras to make our time there effortless. Don't be put off by the closeness of the road, you cannot hear it from inside the cottage and makes access to everywhere you want to explore easy. The dogs loved exploring the beach at Banff which was close by.

Great cottage for family . We spend Christmas time there. We was really surprise with real beautiful Christmas tree and decorations also with sweets for kids and Prosecco.

The daisy cottage was lovely it was easy to find, the cottage itself was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was set out beautifully, we went with 2 children who enjoyed hunting round the garden, and relaxing by the fire at the end of the night, it's close enough to the nearest town if you need any essentials, if we are in the area again it will be our first choice to stay again!

The enclosed garden for my dog, he’s like a hamster and tries to find an escape. It was clean relaxing and quiet, the road at the front isn’t noticeable after a while.

“Extremely disappointing.”

Only one very small wardrobe, no good for trousers,skirts,dresses. No recommendations for support for local eateries. Trouble with locking the front door on multiple occasions. No instruction manuals that we could find for the oven and microwave. The first time we used the shower in the bedroom the water would not drain away. Dishwasher leaking. Radiator by the back door leaking. No outside rubbish bins provided. This property was by far the most disappointing we have stayed in over the years.

Property was in a very good location in order to explore the area and close enough to town should you need to access shops etc. The overall layout and presentation of the property was good and it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

“Sweet, warm and very comfortable house”

a small cozy house, had everything you need, peace and quiet around, close to the city - we would like to see what it's like to live in the summer our stay fell on Christmas, the surprise was a beautiful Christmas tree and a lovely treat left by the owners, they were very cozy and nice the next day we had snow, so a snowman was obligatory - a large terrace and a sufficient garden, lots of birds around

Everything you needed, comfortable bed, a nice wee bottle fridge, plenty of crockery , glasses etc, easy to find. Not far from Whitehills, Portsoy and the beautiful Cullen coast, fabulous ice cream shops and fish and chip shops in that area,

Everything! From the freshly cut grass to the recommendation in the takeaway booklet. Everything was thought of and catered for. The cottage is truly beautiful and in a lovely location in the countryside, perfect for a peaceful break from the city.

Daisy Cottage is a lovely little place to stay and base yourself. The cottage had everything we needed. The host were excellent with responding to any questions we had. There are lots of activities around Turriff some are of the beaten track. For the days when it rained we found a Golf Driving Range on the way to Macduff, they also serve great meals.

Very little power to showers and garden coujd have really done with TLC and no hairdryer like it said tgere would be
