“I would stay here again”
It’s set in a small forest on the outskirts of Turku…it prides itself on ecofriendliness…and justifiably so. The hotel also runs an Adult School program for refugees. They have 900 students enrolled in different courses. Quite heartwarming!

breakfast is composed of kaurapuuro or other, marjat, hillo, there is fresh salad and good bread and meat slices. Coffee is good and atmosphere in this learning center is calm and breakfast room view toward Linnamäki hill is foresty and beautifull. Also Inner yard view.

I love everything about the place. It is clean, a few minutes away from a 24hrs shop. You can go for a hike in the forest and it's not far from the city center.

“Excellent and calm place to relax in Turku”
The room was excellent! You can regulate the lights in the room, the blinds are good enough to sleep during summer, and the writing table was wide enough to fit all my study supplies. Also, had the best scrambled eggs I've had before.

“Maybe better suited for students or big groups.”
Not sure. We only stayed a night we didn’t see anyone for check in or check out but luckily we got good instructions on how to get in. Maybe in summer the place feels more like a hotel. In winter was a deserted place.

“College in a peaceful location in a residential area surrounded by beautiful, old trees. Very nice.”
The breakfast is served 7-9 am on weekdays in the college cafeteria. It is a bit early on holiday but understandable for school schedule. There is enough variety with cooked eggs, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, and some veg, also the outmeal porridge was well stewed. Large college area with several buildings and the guest accommodation building was nice and quiet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for guest use - comes handy if you need a fridge for example. We had our own electric car and it's possible to recharge it on the college parking area which is very convenient. Don't know about public transportation. We were very pleased and will come again. Very good value for money. Most welcoming and helpful staff - warmest thanks to the reception!
