“Perfect for layover stays while waiting for connecting flights”

Perfect for a short stay near the airport. Location is just a 5 min walk from the terminal, no need to book a cab. It's simple but with drinking water provided, a clean toilet, a decent bed and television. There's a nearby 24/7 shop that sells food items and what not. Yuri the host also kindly picked me up the airport to help me walk to the property and bring my luggage up the stairs.

The apartment was airy, bright, spacious and clean, with all the facilities available. It is perfect for travellers as it is very close to the airport. The owner was very polite and met us at the airport and led us to the apartment.

It was close to the airport - within walking distance. I had a long wait between flights and an early morning flight to catch so it was ideal as a place to rest for a while. Wi-fi was ok.

Yuri - excellent host; very polite and guided us well through messages. Kept in touch like where and how to find him at the airport… inform him after getting our luggages… to withdraw money from atm at the airport for cab for the next day. He came to receive us at the airport past midnight and we walked with him to his apartment which was spic and span. He explained everything nicely after handling over the keys.

Yuri is a very nice person, pick us up at the airport and help to carry our suitcase to the 3rd floor. It's a family hotel, just 4 minutes walking from the airport. The room is clean and with a nice kitchen. We are happy with the choice.

The location is good for a layover. We booked this apartment to shower before our late night flight, as Almaty airport is known to have limited facilities, including only one lounge without a shower. This apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the airport, making it a smart choice. We had ample time to refresh ourselves for a few hours before our long flight.
