“Good for location but is that enough?”
Nice staff, good location. Breakfast was boring and cold and repetitive. Breakfast restaurant staff inattentive but afternoon/ evening (particularly the younger lady) very helpful.

“Very Nice staff, good location and excellent breakfast”
I love the staff very much especially Nigina. She is so welcoming and helpful and speak fluent english which is a big help. The breakfast is really good as well with lots of options. It is near a big shopping mall, near restaurants and close to the bus stations.

“Amazing”
We were a family, went in the month of July for 5 nights. The hotel service was amazing, if we needed anything they would respond very soon. Also we ordered food from the restaurant below and it was really tasty, the kebabs and soup. The breakfast was fine, there was a change of an item everyday. All in all very satisfied with the hotel

Location - the tourist spot is just in front of the hotel View - the view in our room is 100/10, I'll put a picture Room - very spacious and nice Breakfast - its fine, we went down around 9AM and there is no enough food. Note breakfast is until 10AM. Communication - They cannot speak English which is fine and understandable, but it will be hard communicating, we used google translate. Please note that communication is difficult in the country itself, which we understand as we are just tourists. This is just a heads-up to get your SIM card to roam so that you will have access to the Google Translate app.

Royal Grand Hotel is a fabulous hotel which you must stay in when visiting Turkistan. We arrived early after getting the overnight train and we were allowed check in which was greatly appreciated. Hamid at reception spoke excellent English and couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. He put us in touch with a driver to bring us to the ruins of Sauron at a very reasonable price. The room itself was spacious and extremely comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the shower was clean and hot. The hotel is a very short walk to the Mausoleum and the local sights. I would certainly stay here again and recommend anyone visiting to stay as well.
