My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The location feels like something out of a fairytale a peaceful little oasis in the middle of everything, the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in an elegant English style, full of charm and character. And the garden… simply wow. Every corner feels thoughtful and stylish. From the very first moment, I received such a warm and kind welcome. Throughout my entire stay, I felt incredibly well taken care of and truly comfortable. The hospitality here is exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the skylight windows were absolutely perfect falling asleep while looking at the sky was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit salad absolutely top! Thank you sincerely for everything. I will gladly recommend your hotel to others, and I will always be happy to stay here again during my travels. Wishing you all the very best!

Very beautiful house: so much attention to the detail. One feels like you get transported back in time. The hosts are also very friendly: we wish you good luck and many happy tourists.

From a lot of details, you can see how much effort the owner has put into this hotel, which is very stylish and amazingly clean. The hotel owners /staff are super friendly, supportive and speak perfect English. The location is away from big cities in the night. We could see stars through the window on the roof.

Very friendly owners. Not negative, just information - no kitchen. For dinner we have been recomended a restaurant cca 2km. All good.

location and ambiance of the house & surroundings itself are just very nice. Breakfast is more of an a-la-carte experience and has enough variaty. Owners take a lot of effort to make their guests feel at home. There is also a bar available so you can have some drinks in the evening.

“Our overnight stop turned into a great experience.”

When my wife and I arrived, Britta gave us an exceptionally warm welcome, this was stunning! She showed us where we can sit in the evening (on the terrace outside the building), had some bottles of wine (one of which we bought and enjoyed on the terrace) and explained all other things about our room and the whole house. We had a smaller budget room which was absolutely fine for our one night at Villa Zollhaus (for us, this was just an overnight stop on our drive from Prague to Zurich). The breakfast was great. Overall, a very nice surprise and we felt sorry for staying only for one night. Kudos to Britta and Kevin. We definitely want to come back!

It is a beautiful old house, perfectly taken care of. Location is ideal: near the autobahn but in greenery and tranquility. You will be surrounded by beauty and comfort. And the hosts are just great!

Nice big villa in the country side, great for relaxing and visiting surrounding historic villages. The B&B has a bar where you can buy drinks, and other items (soap, candles, gloves, hats, ect). The breakfast is made to order. You fill out a form and select what you want to have, price is adjusted accordingly. It's a very accommodating system.
